I am a black and white tom, with bright yellow eyes.[/sub]
"Ok, maybe I'm not the handsomest cat in the woods..."
CAN YOU GO INTO MORE DETAIL PLEASE
-Pelt-[/sub]
Shade's fur is in between long and short and he keeps himself well groomed so his pelt is always in good condition. The tom is not just one color, his body being divided into white and black. Shade's most recognizable feature is his split face. On the right, his black fur seeps down from his head and over his eye to form a sort of patch. Most of his face and his belly are pure white in contrast.
"Honestly, it's real annoying when hunting. Especially in winter when the ground is covered in white and my prey can see my black streak"
-Eyes-
His eyes are a keen bright yellow. They never seem dull, always shinning with kindness or interest on a daily basis to wards cat's who show him no malice. Like all cat's, in monsters light or if the moon hit's them just right, Shade's eyes turn into mirrors.
-Physique-
Often, when cat's first meet Shade, they think he is o threat. The tom is fairly smaller then your average cat, which to the more feeble minded cats makes him look weak. Shade likes to use this to his advantage. Even though he is small, he is quick and agile. Underneath his fur Shade does have underlying muscles and even though he couldn't pin down a bulky cat n his own, Shade is defiantly no kitty pet.
"You learn to live with what the cat's up there gave you, and though I may not be the strongest, I have other assets"-Other-
Shade's whiskers are long and white, his nose and the pads under his paws a matching pale pink in color. His claws are toughened with use and age as well as his teeth. Shade hides a large scar on his hind leg which he gained fighting against a straying Windclan cat moons ago
"The Windclan cat? Pah, you get attacked by a clan cat, their claws at your face, what would you do?"
WHAT ARE YOU LIKE?
[/sub]
"Me? Oh dear, lets see..."
-Calm-
Shade isn't one to anger easily. Many moons ago when he lived with his family though, he was different. Shade was hot headed and rude to almost every cat that crossed his path. Now though, the tom has gained some perspective, and acts calm and polite to cat's who are to him.
-Intelligent-
Cleverness is one of the tom's main abilities. It's not just a natural thing he was born with, but he has a keen interest in the world about him. Shade is always open to learning new things, meeting new cats and going new places. It also makes fighting ever so slightly easier when he can size up his opponents and figure out what they may or may not do.
-Goodhearted-
He left his home clan because he just couldn't be a hostile cat as it was against his nature. Shade has a kind heart, and if you ask he will help you out in anyway he can. Every day though, he can be slightly grumpy, but then again he can be cheery. It depends on his mood.

"Ah my family. I have to say I never really felt connected to them, well, apart from my sister. I miss her."
SHOW ME WHAT YOU GOT
Shade crept through the trees like a snake stalking a mouse, his body held low to the ground and eyes trained ahead of him. He took his time, taking each step as it pleased him. He had spent too many nights starving because of this cat. Well, this tabby wasn't going to get away.[/sub]
A sharp gust of wind blew through the leaves and sent a chill down Shade's spine, but it wasn't the cold he worried about. The tabby stiffened. Shade cursed himself, he was standing upwind of the other cat. It scented Shade. The tom leaped into action. Using all his body weight he slammed into the tabby.
The two cats were a blur of white and brown, yowling and hissing, claws and teeth, until the tabby got the upper hand. Its seethed claws dug into Shade's shoulders as he held him down, wells of the tom's blood seeping onto it's claws.
Shade's hiss dripped of venom. He loathed being this weak. Mustering every once of strength he could find, Shade lunged forward and sunk his fangs into the Tabby's neck. His shoulders burned in pain, but it was worth it. The tabby let out a extricating yowl as Shade's pelt was stained with scarlet. The tom managed to push the tabby off, and clambered to his paws. Shade stared at the tabby in disbelief. He suddenly felt a cold sensation sweeping over him. Shade stumbled back. What had just happened?
